Territory Life is excited to announce that all clearances have been completed and Part V has been issued for the first stage of Mitchell Creek Green (Stage 2A). This is the final step prior to the release of titles (expected 17 November 2014). As a result, purchasers of lots in the first stage would be able to settle on their lots prior to Christmas and start building their new home in Mitchell Creek Green soon after!
